Phase 1: Infrastructure
Years 1-3
We'll construct digital hubs and solar-powered schools in 6+ districts like Srinagar and Baramulla, inspired by valley visits where hope persists. These centers will enable 100,000+ youth to access training, curbing migration and sparking local innovation. Volunteers will lead setup and training.
Phase 2: Program Scaling
Years 3-7
Scaling upskilling, we'll partner with Tata Trusts and Khan Academy for EdTech. $100M funds scholarships for 50,000 youth, $150M trains teachers, and $150M develops AI tools like Rocket Learning to reshape behaviors. This creates 200,000 jobs and supports 10,000+ families, scaling my 23-family goal.
Phase 3: Sustainability
Years 7-10
Investing in monitoring with UNDP AI and an endowment fund ensures longevity. Expect a $3B+ GDP boost from a skilled workforce and cultural revival, like Namda crafts, preserving Kashmir's soul while creating economic independence.
